Registration Page

To Register:

Prior to Registration you must:

  1. Complete forms below (scroll down)

  2. Here is the Pre-Registration Checklist, you should have:

    • Student’s original birth certificate

    • Student’s up-to-date immunization records

    • 2 proof of residency (lease, utility bill, court document, letter of residency, W2)

    • Copy of IEP (if applicable)

    • Report card (grades 1-5)

3-K, Pre-K, Kindergarten

  1. Accept your seat in NYC My Schools

  2. Book a registration appointment

  4. Wait for welcome letter with next steps

Grade 1 - Grade 5 (Except ASD NEST)

  1. Call main office to ensure we have a seat in the desired grade/program and book a Registration Appointment (virtual or in-person)
